At ABC Training Pembrokeshire, we differ from the majority of other First Aid Training organisations. We were frustrated that there were many course providers in the industry who had no real-world experience dealing with potential medical emergencies and situations. We wanted to change this, and as a result we ensure all of our instructors are serving or previous members of the emergency services meaning you can be sure you are receiving the best, most upto-date training available from people who know what its like to apply the knowledge and techniques taught in our courses.
Our instructors have real life experience with all subjects covered within our First Aid training courses. Our training staff have worked for frontline emergency response organisations such as The UK Fire Service, Welsh Ambulance Service and the NHS.
This means we can offer high quality training that is actually relevant to all aspects of First Aid and Emergency Medical Intervention outside of the hospital environment. We can tailor individual courses to suit your business sector and make adjustments to course content to ensure full integration with your business risks. Our courses are not designed simply to "tick a box", we instil real lifesaving skills and capabilities into your workforce and we strive to create "competent" First Aiders.
We create exciting scenario based training sessions with a higher level of practical hands-on experience for our clients, in doing this we achieve far higher levels of knowledge retention and client capability. This maximises the return on investment for your staff and also ensures the overall Health and Safety of your staff is well catered for in regards to first aid in the workplace.
